California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the 'Shine The Light' law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Webivus AI uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, suggestions, and automated actions. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, lawful, or compliant with industry standards. These outputs are provided for informational and assistive purposes only and must not be relied upon as professional advice. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and implementing any AI-generated content or actions before applying them to your website or business operations. Webivus AI disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs.
Webivus AI may use your interaction data (including chat history, action logs, and support feedback) to improve and train its AI models, enhance system performance, and develop new features. By creating an account and using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be used for these purposes by default. You retain full control over this process: You may opt out at any time through the settings page of your Webivus AI dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. If you opt out, your personal data and website content will not be used for AI training or model improvement. Regardless of your choice, Webivus AI may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you for research, analytics, and service improvements. Webivus AI will not use sensitive personal data (such as payment details or user account passwords) for AI training under any circumstances.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights or freedoms, Webivus AI will notify affected users without undue delay and, where required by applicable law, notify relevant supervisory authorities within the legally mandated timeframe (e.g., 72 hours under the GDPR). Notifications will include the nature of the breach, the data affected, measures taken, and recommendations for protecting yourself.

Webivus AI does not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under the age of 16 in the European Union/United Kingdom or under the age of 13 in the United States. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it without undue delay.
